Who breeds at Shinjukawa
Myriam Nuvoli and Andrea Fedele are the founders of Shinjukawa Kennel: they have bred Shiba Inu since 2010 in Isernia, in the Molise region of Italy, with an ethical approach based on selection, education and a deep knowledge of the breed.
Myriam Nuvoli
Breeder, founder and President of Gruppo Cinofilo Aesernia (ENCI)
Founder of Shinjukawa, she has been breeding since 2008. Certified CEPAS Dog Educator (European Dog Trainer Professional) and ENCI Dog Trainer. She holds the ANMVI-ENCI Master Canine Breeder qualification, the guarantee of a professional and modern approach to selection and kennel management.
She takes care of the puppies' socialisation every day, their education and the matching process with families, following the emotional and behavioural development of every Shiba from its very first days of life.
Since 2016 she has been President of "Gruppo Cinofilo Aesernia", the provincial branch of ENCI (the Italian Kennel Club) for the province of Isernia. The association organises zootechnical assessments for both beauty and working aptitude, serving all breeds. The Isernia National Dog Show — which awards the qualifications that count towards the Italian Beauty Championship — has now become a fixed appointment for dog enthusiasts. She also promotes and celebrates the canine world through cultural initiatives of national relevance, such as the conference "ENCI meets its territory" (2026), attended by ENCI National President Dino Muto.
Andrea Fedele
Breeder, founder and Secretary of Gruppo Cinofilo Aesernia (ENCI)
Breeder and founder of Shinjukawa, Certified CEPAS Dog Educator (European Dog Trainer Professional) and ENCI Dog Trainer. He focuses on the genetic and morphological selection of breeding dogs and handles the Shibas in the ring himself.
He brings Shinjukawa champions into the ring, from youth titles to international Best in Show awards, and is among those responsible for the kennel's bloodlines.
Since 2016 he has been Secretary of Gruppo Cinofilo Aesernia, the provincial branch of ENCI for the province of Isernia, contributing to the organisation of the annual Isernia National Dog Show and the association's canine culture initiatives.
